Quality & ExcellenceRealizing that quality education is one and only solution to every problems. The KSC determined to be involved in education program for quality teacher development to bring excellence in education.
Sense of CommunityEvery efforts it has made to be community focused, for instance it has used community schoolsâ€™ premises, addressed community needs, and operated as a Community Campus. Its modus operandi is community guided.
Civic ResponsibilityThe Campus administration strictly adheres respecting the civic responsibility involving representative of local government, town development committee, and TU representative. It is found to be involved in different non-profit, social awareness programs. It organizes seminars and workshops on national Issues.
Academic IntegrityThe Campus publicly states its policy to be of high integrity maintained by its faculty, staff, and students. The result is it is regularly insisting its faculty, staffs, and students to remain far from spoon feeding, not taking, plagiarism, and be creative and constructive and maintain educational values
Creative ActivitiesIt recognizes and promotes new ideas in teaching for making students explorative. KSC has been adopting different critical thinking approaches in classroom teaching leaving traditional method of chalk and talk method that locks learners from being explorative.

Support for Student Pace of LearningThe institution assesses the need, expectation, interest and aptitude of students for the purpose of delivery of teaching. This has been the strategy for attaining full potentiality of the student and increases their satisfaction.
Student SupportFinancial aid, career counseling, computer labs, and library and information services are made available to meet the needs of the students. Studentsâ€™ groups including students organize different co-curricular activities.
