Prof. Dr. Madhav Bhattrai
KSMC is a student-centered learning community campus dedicated to educating tomorrows leaders through innovative academic and co-curricular programs. The Campus prepares professional educators who excel academically, are reflective in practice, and are committed to the intellectual empowerment of every learner in our increasingly diverse public and private school environments. Accomplishments of the Campus include the preparation of school psychologists, the preparation of social work professionals through its nationally accredited programs, the preparation of students for success in nationwide graduate programs in psychology and sociology, the direct engagement with the community through its programs in community health services and the preparation of students to pursue social studies and careers in public service and administration.
Our vision is based on hard work, open communication, a strong emphasis on team work and a high level of responsibility. This visionary culture allows and emphasizes our wards not only to adopt the present day challenges but also individual responsibilities to the society and our nation at large.
Learning should be based on doing things and not merely knowing things. Until and unless learning solutions relate to real life and motivate the learner to acquire and apply the knowledge, the whole process will remain superficial. Any institution worth its name looks to optimize the productivity of global leaders. Our institution has set specific objectives and planned activities for achieving excellence in all spheres of general and technical as well as the vocational education.
We are committed to ensuring that you have opportunities to succeed in your academic, extracurricular, social, and civic endeavors. As a student in the Campus, you will have opportunities to travel nationally, participate in meaningful service-learning programs, and develop effective leadership and critical-thinking skills. Our goal is to exceed your expectations. Please don’t hesitate to contact me or any member of our faculty or staff if you have questions or need assistance. Welcome to our Campus family.
Namaskar!
